Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as cakes, flowers (including subscription flowers), and chocolates.
- Intimate items like jewellery once worn.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products, including digital gift cards.
- Personalised gift items (e.g., items with names, messages, or custom designs).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, MPESA) within three (3) working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or MPESA account.
- Contact your bank or Safaricom as processing may take additional time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only accept returns shipped via:
- Wells Fargo
- Sendy Courier Services
Please ensure your package is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
